This Privacy Policy explains what personal information ZIAYING LLC ("Ezath", "we") collects when you use the Ezath website and dashboard (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. What we collect
Account information — when you register: email address, hashed password, and the referral code (if any) you arrived with. When you opt into Telegram alerts: your Telegram user ID or chat handle.
Payment information — we do not store credit-card or bank-account details. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which provides us with a transaction reference, the plan purchased, the amount, the cryptocurrency used, and payment status. We store your invoices and payment history.
Usage information — pages viewed, timestamps, dashboard interactions, features used, IP address, browser type, approximate geolocation derived from IP, and basic device information. We use this to operate the Service, detect abuse, and improve the product.
Support communications — when you email us or submit a form, we retain the message and our response.
Cookies and similar technologies — we use a small number of cookies / local storage entries strictly necessary to keep you signed in, remember dismissed notifications, and preserve your UI preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. See "Cookies" below.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and deliver the Service.
- To process payments, activate and deactivate plan access, issue invoices, and handle disputes.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmations, payment receipts, security notices).
- To send product emails you've opted into (new features, occasional digests). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate the affiliate program and compute referral payouts.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate accounts.
- To analyze aggregated usage and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Our legal bases under GDPR (where applicable) are: (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in running and improving a secure service, (c) your consent where we ask for it, and (d) legal obligations.
3. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with a small number of service providers that help us operate the Service:
- Payment processing — NOWPayments (crypto-payment gateway). Receives order ID and amount; returns a deposit address and on-chain confirmation.
- Hosting and infrastructure — Hetzner (Germany) for backend servers and database; Vercel (USA) for the frontend.
- Email delivery — transactional email provider used to send account confirmations and payment receipts.
- Telegram — if you opt into Telegram alerts, your Telegram ID is shared with Telegram (Telegram FZ LLC).
We may also disclose information (a) to comply with a legal process or government request, (b) to enforce our Terms or protect the rights, safety, or property of Ezath or others, or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice to you).
4. International transfers
Ezath is a U.S. company. Our backend and database are hosted in the European Union (Germany); our frontend is hosted in the United States. When you use the Service, your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than the one you reside in. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for transfers from the EU/UK to the U.S.
5. How long we keep your data
- Account data — while your account is active, and up to 12 months after deletion for fraud prevention and legal record-keeping.
- Invoices and payment records — 7 years (U.S. tax requirements).
- Support communications — up to 3 years.
- Usage logs — up to 90 days in identifiable form, longer if aggregated.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EU/UK/EEA (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention).
- Object to, or restrict, processing based on legitimate interests.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take our obligations seriously. Notify us at support@ezath.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies / local-storage entries: a session token to keep you signed in, a preference for dismissed notifications, and your chosen UI settings. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time — doing so will sign you out.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
