These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ezath website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ZIAYING LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Ezath", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or if you are on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ezath.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person. We reserve the right to verify identity, detect duplicate accounts, and suspend or terminate accounts that appear to circumvent plan limits through multiple registrations, disposable email addresses, or shared credentials.
3. The Service — what it is and what it isn't
Ezath is an informational and educational software tool that provides technical analysis, market-condition classifications, and AI-generated commentary on publicly available price data for selected cryptocurrencies. The Service outputs indicative signals (BUY, SELL, or WAIT), confidence scores, and suggested price levels (entry, stop-loss, take-profits).
Ezath does not:
- Execute trades on your behalf.
- Take custody of your funds or digital assets at any point.
- Provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
- Act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution.
- Guarantee any outcome, return, or level of accuracy.

4. Subscription plans and billing
We offer a free plan and paid plans (currently a 24-hour trial, monthly, and annual). Current pricing is on the pricing page. Payment is processed in cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to activate the applicable access rights upon confirmation of payment on-chain.
Paid plans provide access for a fixed period (24 hours, 30 days, or 365 days depending on plan) and do not auto-renew. To continue access after the period ends, you must initiate a new payment.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The amount of cryptocurrency required to meet the dollar price is calculated by the payment processor at the time of checkout and may vary with market conditions.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. Access to the Service is delivered and consumed immediately upon payment confirmation, and subscriptions are non-refundable. Our Refund Policy sets out the narrow exceptions (duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized payment, or extended service-wide outage).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute signals, analyses, or any content from the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data, beyond any API we expressly provide.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
- Create accounts using false information, disposable emails, or on behalf of another person without authority.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, algorithms, signal outputs, analyses, graphics, copy, and design, is owned by ZIAYING LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription, subject to these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that signals will be profitable, or that any analysis will prove correct.
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIAYING LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, lost data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZIAYING LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if continued access poses a legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
12. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Ezath agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Each party waives any right to a trial by jury and to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ezath regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
